Traditional scraping and blasting processes are applied to extract marble, and the raw blocks extracted in this way are transported by construction machinery. Then these blocks are subjected to marble cutting process after drilling vertical and horizontal holes. Although this process is done with conventional machines, the most preferred method is cutting with diamond wire. In this method, the diamond wire cut through the cut holes is moved back and forth using a pulley to cut the card. This process, which starts at a slow rhythm, accelerates gradually and it is possible to cut blocks of the desired thickness by using the abrasion authority.
The saw you prefer to cut the marble is not for applying power to the marble. This is where the saw is so important. Choosing a professional saw will allow you to use it easily. Cutting repeatedly and continuously will cause the saw to overheat, and working with a heated saw will make it difficult to cut marble. When the machine starts to warm up, we recommend taking a break and waiting for it to cool down. In order to make the cutting process healthy, the saw should be held at an angle of 90 degrees to the marble, so that there is no curvature and cracking problem during cutting.
Marble is now placed on pallets and sent in molds according to which sector it will be used.
Marble is now ready for use in the end user, interior architecture, exterior, construction and architectural decoration, holidays, villas and design gardens.
